M-1 Tool Works, Inc. (M-1) offers aerospace quality precision machining services for prototype and production volume requirements. M-1 provides CNC turning and milling capable in full 5 axis, sinker EDM, wire EDM, and grinding. We are best equipped for small to medium sized components, assemblies and tooling made from aluminum, stainless steel, titanium and super alloys.
With state of the art machinery we can maintain high degree of precision from a one piece prototype to production runs. All of our CNC machinists do their own programming with the latest version of CAM software available. Even the most difficult machining jobs can be done effectively and correctly the first time.
M-1 Tool Works and all staff have gone through AS9100 & ISO 9001 standards and procedures training and we are currently a registered company. All jobs are inspected in process and upon completion whether required by customer or not. We want to know that your job is correct before you receive it.
