James and the crew at Midnight Protective films are very easy to deal with. I bought a new car and wanted window tint and PPE installed before I drove it home to Florida. Window tint turned out great but the after sales customer service is terrible. Montor was not covered during tint install resulting in water being splashed/sprayed on the screen. Everybody knows NOT to get Tesla electronics wet. This concern was brought to their attention including pictures via email. There was no response to either the first or follow up email. Customer service before and after the sale means a lot and because of their disregard to my emails regarding their work I cannot and will not recommend them.

Had tint, ceramic coating, and ppf done on the front end. Originally was going to have paint correction done, but James called and let me know after evaluating the original paint, believed it wasn’t necessary and saved me some money. I don’t know if other shops would be as honest. Great experience and would definitely recommend them!

Evrything came out as perfect as expected, great attention to detail and great customer service. 100% recommended their services

I had front window/windshield tints put on my boyfriend's Jeep Wrangler and they look amazing! His Jeep already had rear window tints and they were able to match them up perfectly in the front. He was so impressed with how it turned out and I was so happy with the quality of service/quick turnaround time.

A great company to get your tints done. I am glad I have found this place. I don't regret it. People are nice, especially for James. Greeted me with kind and warming entrance when I walked in. He'll answer your questions to the best of his knowledge and will answer your safety concerns as well. I will truly recommend this place to everybody. I will definitely come back for other services for my vehicle. TRULY AMAZING! They will also call back the missed calls.

Due to my impatience, I chose another tint shop to do my windows… a huge mistake! The tint job was so bad that I removed it myself. Thankfully, I was able to get my money back, and this time I made an appointment with Midnight Protective Films. They did an AMAZING job (look at picture)! It’s only been seven hours and all of the bubbles are gone! Looks like a factory tint! They are so detailed oriented that printed fluorescent green stickers to remind you to not roll your windows down (look at picture). Trust me, as soon as you walk through their doors, you will know you’re at the right place
