We utilize multiple modalities including interventional procedures as well as medication management. Services
Dr. Cosgrove was born in Oklahoma and raised in a small Florida town. He received his undergraduate degree from Emory University before obtaining his medical degree from LSU Medical School. After an internship in internal medicine he discovered his passion for interventional pain medicine while completing his residency in Anesthesiology at Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation Hospital in New Orleans, LA.

Our staff will make every effort to insure your patients receive the highest quality service they deserve. Absolute worst doctor i have ever seen. His bedside manners are horrible. He will talk down to u he treats everyone as a drug attic when hes the one prescribing the meds. He will interupt u while u are talking he has no care for anyone. Hes not worth the one star i had to give him just to do this review. I hope this helps people pick another dr. Which all of this was told to me before i went there but figures i would give him a chance. They was correct. He sucks

He's not even worth one star!!! If your dr tries to send you to cosgrove tell them h e double hockey sticks no & ask to be sent some where else. Cosgrove is the RUDEST dr I've ever met, he thinks his poo doesn't stink. He has the bed side manner of Hannibal Lecter. He also thinks he smarter than you & that you're as dumb 2 year old or stray dog that's been hit by a semi truck. He will talk to you like you're an idiot & so will his staff. But if I worked for him I wouldn't be a happy person either. He won't see you.... only his nurse will, then she won't listen to you. You will also wait a min of
