I rented a U-Haul (I rent frequently for business) and have never experienced anything like this before. I explained to fuzzy mustache guy that I had a family emergency and would be leaving my truck until after the holidays. He told me it would be fine. My daughter was a witness to this conversation.
When I returned to pick it up I discovered a flat tire.
Before I could return the next morning they had it towed! When I went in to ask where it was some crabby old lady became very rude and lectured me about calling them(?) and never told who had my vehicle.

I gave a 1 star rating only because a zero star rating isn’t an option. This place is as dishonest as they come. They offer their items online at hibid with no reserve but if they don’t get what they want for it they ignore your bid and re-list the items the following week. It’s happened to me three times now. I will never go back to one of their auctions.

Consigned $1,000.00 custom made coffee table and large matching throw pillows in October, 2020. In August of 2021, after inquiring if items had been sold, I received a text msg that items had been sold and a check would be mailed. After messaging, calling and making an inquiry in the store I finally received a check on November 24, 2021. Three months to generate payment is disappointing.

My worst furniture shopping experience. Floriana was the sales woman. I found her to be a little high pressure and pushy although that is her job. I was looking for a king size bedroom set. I wound up buying a metal bed frame. So after many times of hashing the price with me she decided to say the bed frame was $1299. And she immediately came down to 799 because I started to leave. I said I would go home and think about it. So after a few hours I decided to go ahead and buy this bed. I called and told her I would give her $700 cash complete deal. She said she would talk to her manager and immediately

We have been coming to Choice Furniture since last November 2020. Florina has been amazing and the pieces we get from there are top notch! They have taken care of us since day one! Love this amazing place.

These people don’t pay their consignors!! I’ve been waiting for almost a year to get paid for thousands of dollars of items that were sold last summer & fall! Still have only received a couple of checks because… I have had to chase them down for them! They still owe me thousands of dollars! I also just filed a complaint with the BBB because I am tired of having to chase them down for what they owe me!!

I consigned some furniture to Choice in February. I was very happy with the prices they got and with the payment timeline. They were easy to deal with and are very fair. I have bought a lot of furniture and decor there too because they have lovely items and pleasant staff who take the time to help.

I have been a customer here for maybe 5 years. I have consigned an entire household and then refurnished it with almost all Choice Items. The people who work here are super nice and very knowledgeable and the selection which is always changing is exceptional with excellent prices.

Best furniture store I’ve been to in ages! Bret prices and MJ was friendly attentive and helpful. She expertly and effortlessly put together 3 bedrooms and a living in under 2 hour! I can’t wait to go back!

Stay away. I thought I would support a local business boy was I wrong. They only send you money when you annoy them. 6 months later I’m still waiting on a check for furniture they sold in February. Unacceptable.

When I moved to Port St. Lucie, Florida, I shopped at the Choice Gallery and bought amazing furniture for our new home!! I would highly recommend, they carry a lot of diverse furniture. You can actually fill your whole house in one shopping trip! Then they have an auction every Friday night, which I am there weekly! I have found many treasures their as well! I have met a lot of people at the auction as well! We meet up every week to chat and sit together. We always have a good time hanging out! The people that work here know you personally and greet you when you walk in! A great place to buy great

Returning calls would be a start! Paying customers when items have been dropped off & now can't be found! A complaint HAS BEEN FILED WITH THE STATE against LICENSES! I would NOT recommend this business, or lack thereof.

We brought furniture to the store and it was sold in October. The store never let us know until we called. Last time we called on January 6th, we were told that there would be two checks for us the first one to be sent out that week. since we still have not received payment (now Jan 18th). Over three months now. We made two calls to the store. No one returned our calls. In the future never bring anything to this store again.

They picked my furniture, almost a 3 month ago from my house from Port St. Lucie Fl , and promised send a check until New Year, today is already January 16 th and they don't even picking up the phones not for my wife and not for me, l newer see this kind a business like this in my life. l just would recommend just please, me and my wife we… still waiting for your calls back looks like no patients no more be involved to this kind of business, and please if you do the business with people, run business to the right way, because media today so popular and strong. we still waiting for check

If you have furniture to consign dont bring it here you will never get paid. I have been getting the ring around the rosey for 3 months trying to get a check. always say it is almost ready or that it is ready to be mailed blah blah blah.
