Review Update:
VP of Lending personally reached out to me after leaving my review and dug into my file. He was able to turn things around and get the ball rolling again.
It was good to see that true business principles are still alive. Daniel recognized that a customer wasn't satisfied with the lending process and was able to come up with a solution and bring the deal to the closing table. I am happy to see old school banking still alive as policies and rules can convolute the end goal.
I am removing 2 stars due to the stress and process it took to get to the closing table. The most important
