Marcus (the owner) was great, he explains all to a detail of what he's going to do. Him and his assistant Robert worked on my plugged shower and got it fixed, also put a shut off valve cause the one I have is old, really good plumbers and friendly, I would recommend them. We had been having some issues with out washer, all the water kept coming out and we called around and no one was available until the next day or so. We had a few days worth of laundry. Luckily 24 rooter was able to come by with in an hour and get it all taken care of! Plus he takes Apple Pay. Which was amazing! Highly recommend.

Great service fast and well done. We had a clogged kitchen sink and it was full of gunk and some kind of tar built up. Marcus educated me on what to use and not to use to prevent from this happening again. He's a 30 day guarantee so he likes to have it done right the first time. I highly recommend 24 Rooter.

Drain issues can be a mood killer and let me tell you, our drain issues had us ready to go off the deep end! Our kitchen sink was plugged to the hilt and we tried every home remedy we could think of to unplug it with no success! We even rented a snake and that too was an epic fail!
