We offer skilled nursing, physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and home health aide services. At Carefirst Rehab Physical Therapy our goal is to provide all of our clients the highest skilled rehabilitation experience possible in the Southern Indiana area. Our therapy team composed of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists take great pride in serving the community and want to help you or your loved one recover safely and achieve exceptional results.
Our pediatric therapists provide compassionate care to children and their families. Our priority is to ensure progress towards individualized goals in a nurturing environment. Established in 2019, Carefirst Rehab Home Caregivers help provide assistance for those individuals challenged with independence for both routine tasks in their living environment, as well as in the community From meal preparation to transportation to medical appointments, our in-home caregivers can be the key to improved quality of life for many of our clients.
