Not a company that I would trust. They are very disorganized and each employee provides you with a different answer each time you call in.
I have been promised a fireplace that I have paid for in full. Every two weeks I get a different answer when it will arrive. My existing fireplace was removed the first week of Nov and I am sitting with a hole in my wall and no fireplace. It’s now the middle of January and yet again I get another excuse from this company as to why it has yet to be delivered.
Look elsewhere...this company is a joke.
