I've been in Pain Management for last 18 years. I came to New Solutions because my last Dr retired and New Solutions was recommended to me.. I am so grateful to Emilly for helping me to lower my meds and still I am able to have quality of life. She is caring ,professional and such a nice person, she's the best! Thanks so much Emilly!! I'd also like to mention everyone that I have dealt with in the group has been very professional and very kind, from the receptionist's to the Dr's assistants. Everyone is top notch. I highly recommend this office.

This is the worst place for pain meds !! Very rude staff and never picks up the phone thank god no emergency because you never get anyone calling you back !!

These people think everyone is a junkie! Today I had an appointment and I had a lot of pain and I called them and told them that because of the pain I would not be able to go I told them that if I could go tomorrow afternoon and they told me that if I did not go tomorrow morning that I would have to start the program from the beginning without thinking of the seberity of my pain! Outside they are always making mistakes with my appointment and the medications because they have a lot of new people every week working without the necessary training and the patient is the one who has to suffer the consequencestoday

New solutions is
Very unprofessional, extremely unorganized.
The staff plays games, very immature girls answering phone. Staff doesn’t want to do their job. Lazy unprofessional employees.
I wouldn’t recommend this place for my pet.
My medical assistant named Rosa is the absolute worst. She needs to be replaced .

Both the Milford office and the Orange office are amazing. The staff is amazing and nice. They are all very helpful and really do care about their patients. They work their best to help you get relief from pain. I know someone that is a patient of theirs and they are thankful for their help and knowledge about pain and what medication is the right one to help treat and or help relieve pain. My husband is also very thankful to be able to be come a new patient of theirs and be able to finally have relief from his ankle.
I can say I am very thankful to soon be a part of their pain management family

Great place. I was going to the Milford office and can't say enough about them, always treated well there. Went to the new Orange location for the first time today and more of the same. Thanks Kary, you were great. Muriel, a pleasure meeting you today. You made me feel very welcome at the new location.

П˜Š thank you guys 😊 If you're suffering from chronic pain or an injury that's taking a long time to rehabilitate from, your family physician/ primary care doctor. Will have an MRI done so they could see exactly what's going on. This way they can choose the best course of action to, at the very least manager pain.
You're doctor can than give you a referral to see the specialists, that are very good at treating individual patients. They are very caring and take a lot of pride in their work everyone right down to the receptionist!

When i tell you the people here are wonderful, i did my externship here and they made me feel like i was apart of the family. All the providers are so good they really care for all their patients so much. The front staff are very nice people and very helpful. And the MA's are such great teachers. I recommend everyone come here not only as patients but if you a student MA you will love it here i promise you they teach you . I told my family and friends about this place .

It is a great experience to be working as a Student Medical Assistant here at New Solutions Pain Management. Want to feel comfortable as if your home around family, while being treated? This is definitely the place to come to. The staff are all friendly and very helpful. Our company provides excellent communication between patient care, providers, and Insurance. All are welcome!
