We took our taxes in the summer of 2017. We were assigned to an older lady to do our taxes. She called twice asking for more info. I took the addition things to her and went through what I gave her previously. After several months I called and left a message. No one got back to me. I finally called and someone answered the phone. I was informed then that the lady who was working on our taxes had become ill and no longer worked there. I asked where my tax info was and she said Mike would called. Three more weeks went by and I hadnt heard from Mike so I called again and they promised to give Mike

Due to a life changing event, I needed a new tax preparer. I called PMC because the business was close to where I work. Then I got a recommendation from a friend. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable. I was able to get in to get my taxes done and submitted in a very short amount of time. I will definitely be using PMC from now on. They even had a coupon on their web site that I was able to use!

I've been going to PMC for over 10 years now and I've been very pleased with their service. My tax preparer, Betty Olsen, has a mind like a steel trap! Yikes! This tax operation scared me the second I crossed its threshold. A person that I work with recommended them as the go-to for a good deal on tax preparation that I didn't want to take on myself. I took the friend's recommendation, paid the place a visit, and made a bee-line the heck out of there to H&R Block. My reason for that was simple: the place appeared to be functioning more like a run-down trailer park living room (e.g. multiple dirty aquariums, wall-to-wall porcelain collectibles, curio cabinets, messy desks with paperwork to the ceiling, carpet fragments) than
