Very friendly and helpful on the phone. What I thought I had order was not exactly what arrived.
Out of curiosity I called, not only did they immediately remember my order they explained how it had been revised (for the better) due to what is in season and what vessels they had available. Overall it was an improvement, an upgrade even and my friend was thrilled to have it delivered. Very accommodating on delivery too.

I ordered my Mom some Christmas flowers. I live on Alaska and its can be hard to get flowers delivered to my Mom in Oregon. I ordered online after hours and it was delivered the next afternoon. So beautiful and… was a great surprise. Parkside was also able to deliver to her when others would not. Thank you for helping me surprise my Mom. I will definitely be a repeat customer!! I love that it supports a local company in Oregon and not a 800 flower store. Thanks again.
