Our dedicated group of Administrators and Therapists are here to serve and help the Patient reach his or her communication and/or fine and gross motor skill needs. It is an honor to work with children, parents, teachers, caregivers, and other professionals to improve speech and communication skills.

Potential Team Members must be licensed in the state of FL, must be non-smoking, and possess reliable transportation. SLPs, OTs, PTs must have medicaid numbers.

Communication is horrible when communicating with parent, short notice on schedule change (24 hour notice-very short notice), not flexible with patient schedule, no solution with compromising when someone take a leave of absence or vacation for patient to have continuous services while therapist is out-speak to owner and advise I manage the business and therapist set they own schedule and availability and patient needs to work around their schedule , very short sessions of 30 minutes with no flexibility of longer sessions, the patient is the one who keep you in services therefore it should be more

Bad bad bad. Bad clinic, bad communication, they don’t answer the phone when you call and if you go to the place is always close. I started all papers for my son, they made take him off of the hospital that he was doing the therapies to move with them and my son stayed without therapies for week waiting for them to complete the papers and after all that a lady named Mariah said they will not give my son the therapies without telling me why.

My experience with one the Pamelas speech therapist has been good. She has been very patient and helpful to my daughter.
The one thing I really dislike with this therapist office, is EVERY TIME I call, the call is forwarded to their answering service. I can never speak to someone in her office directly to answer my question. I usually leave my contact information to be called back, which doesn’t happen sometimes. I have to call back and leave a couple urgent messages in order to hear back from someone. It’s very frustrating and unprofessional. I will be looking into other SLP’s in the Orlando

I scheduled an appointment for my son. It was then confirmed, and the morning of the appointment I called to confirm again. Was told the therapist is on the way for my 9am appointment at 9:05. Waited 40 minutes and no one ever showed up. No call and no show after getting a baby sitter for my older son and driving 50 minutes to my apt. Very unprofessional and will be going elsewhere.

I DO recommend this therapy and practice. My son works with Ms. Cassie and Ms. Meg, integrating music therapy into his speech and language needs. I have no benchmark on which to base his progression (he is 4 years old, diagnosed ASD), however he is always willing and happy for his weekly appointments. He is engaged during his sessions and most… importantly, he is speaking more. The ladies always tell me what they worked on during the session (geographic locations, categories, why?s, etc) so we can use our own research and understanding to complement our teachings to what they are doing with
