I was trying to replace my 21 year old roof and sent out some inquiries. Mike Choi showed up and let me know that we had hailstorm last year and we may qualify for insurance reimbursement. I was not sure of it initially but guess what, he got us a free roof and gutter and downsprouts! Their team came on time as promised. Did a clean job. (i had soft drinks and water ready as it was hot outside, i think guys appreciated that). Almost no debris or nails around (i did find a couple small piece but not much at all). The gutter guy came another time and was the best. He showed me how work can be performed

During a storm I noticed a small amount of water dripping through a closet. I contacted multiple contractors for estimates.
The first company that came out inspected the roof and told me they would return the following week to meet with my insurance adjuster. I expressed concern about more water coming in, as there were storms in the forecast and my concerns were dismissed (needless to say I did not work with the company).
When I called Capital Construction the receptionist/office assistant was very calm and actually comforting as I expressed my concerns. She (yikes, I don't recall her name)
