Wedding cake consultations and cake tastings are done by appointments only. We recommend that you book your wedding cake 3-6 month before your event. Cake tasting appointments are Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 5:00pm.

I gave them a photo and date & they did it. Price wasn't outrageous and the cake was delicious and the perfect size! My guests thoroughly enjoyed their cakes! Everything was perfect and more than what I expected. Thank you very much for the team that created my daughter's paw patrol cake that she has been asking for!

10000% HIGHLY recommend. We ordered a wedding cake, I sent over my design and ideas, picked up fresh flowers my local flower shop and had it ready when they delivered to set up and it came out absolutely PERFECT. They were also able to adjust sweetness levels for our guests. The cake was so moist and delicious - all my wedding guests were asking where I ordered from. Will continue to buy all cakes and desserts in the future from them. Thank you Memorial Bakery!

Always greet your customers/ the ones who are spending MONEY WITH YOUR BUSINESS.
I was taught to always speak to the entering guess. It’s makes them feel warm and or welcoming to the establishment.

I came inside this bakery for the first time to buy my toddler a cookie and the customer service was terrible.
There was two other people in front of me, one was already checking out and the other one rudely walked in front of us to order. I was looking at the selection and the second person who was in front of me was now checking out there was about 3 people who work there chatting away with the customer there was no one else in the store but me and I was still waiting to be attended.
A girl finally comes over and just asks me what I was going to get she was very dry and I choose a few cookies

I placed an order for two cakes about 2 weeks out from needing it. I tried to confirm the order for a few days the week of the event. No one would answer the phone, they don't have a voicemail though they instruct you to leave a message, and no one replied to my email. I had to scramble to find new bakeries to make the cakes last minute. I will never use them again.

Family friendly, closed on Sundays (that's a plus in my book), tasty and lovely treats as well as cakes, reasonable prices and great service. They have a big coffee/caffeinated drink selection now but I haven't tried it. My husband and I happened on this place years ago when we were looking to buy a mattress next door and then ended up getting our wedding cake and subsequent anniversary cakes here. We like to stop by every time we're in the area with our kids. : ) They have wifi but they don't have tvs and screens to distract from having conversation. They also have couches

When I walked in, I found that the decor and shelves of pastries looked rather neat, with the items being seemingly perfect. But upon getting a Tiramisu, German Chocolate Cupcake, and Lemon Pound Cake, I was profoundly disappointed.
Tiramisu should be a light dusting of chocolate on top of sweetened mascarpone cheese, with a base of ladyfingers dunked in coffee, with a faint hint of rum. What I got was a poorly flavored sponge cake.
The German Chocolate Cupcake was practically just a dark chocolate cupcake with German chocolate frosting.
And the Lemon Pound Cake tasted like it had lemon juice

My parents have been loyal customers of Memorial Bakery since they were at their old location. All my birthday cakes as a child came from them, so when it came time for my wedding cake of course we did a tasting here. I will say they don’t have as many fancy flavor combinations, but their white cake with lemon curd is so amazing we didn’t miss it! We saved a ton by ordering a small 2 tier cake for us to cut with a sheet cake in the back to be served to our guests. We also ordered 3 dozen cupcakes: Reese’s, cookies and cream, and strawberry. Those were so good in hindsight we should have ordered

This is the last time I will order from Memorial Bakery. I placed a Custom Order two weeks ago & told them I would either pick it up Friday afternoon or it could be possibly Sat morning. In other words, if I do not show up Friday, do not be alarmed, I will be there Saturday morning. I called today (Thursday morning) to let them know, I would be there Friday before closing. I was told the person that took the order was given a choice of Friday or Sat, he chose Sat. too bad, so sad. I stopped here for my cake tasting. I was running late, but they were super understanding. Once I arrived, they had the four flavors I requested ready. I tasted their red velvet, white, chocolate, and Italian creme. Now, the Italian cream was a last minute add because I was feeling adventurous. Surprisingly enough it turned out to be my favorite flavor. The Italian cream cake had peacans and coconut flakes in them which added to the taste. I also bought a couple of treats for my nieces. Where oh where do I start?
We were recommended Memorial Bakery by my Mother In Law and decided to give it a try for our son's third birthday party.
We emailed asking for a quote for the cake but the email went unanswered so we stopped by and boy am I glad that we did.
We gave the guy working the counter a Pinterest picture and asked for them to recreate one of the tiers in their white chocolate cake flavor. Upon picking it up it looked amazing!!! It must have been good because our guest ate so much of it that my husband and I didn't even get a piece.
Though the start was a bit rocky
