Having extensive repairs done to the pool itself. The demolition crew did a great job cleaning up after themselves and there was a lot of debris for them to manage! New curved formwork looks great. Clean job site. Impressed so far!

Very helpful, solved the problem without any issue. Called many pool repair businesses prior to them and they clearly are the most knowledgeable. Other places wanted to charge double and were unsure of what/how to fix a pool light. Not the case with Contemporary Pools.

Paid for their bimonthly service (which was told to us by THEM that that would be sufficient enough service).
1st, they came to fix what seemed to be a minor issue. Turned out our pool pump needed to be replaced (not their fault). We ordered a (expensive) pool pump from them to replace ours. However, they charged us $75 for their initial attempt of a fix (which we had to settle when we left the company.)
During the time of the pump issue they delayed the service (skipped a week they were supposed to come). We were told we would be charged $40 for them to come out on our off

Specifically, my first call was to Stephanie in the office, who was an absolute delight. Personable and professional, she guided me through the available services and set me up with an appointment.
