Doug's 40+ years in farming have made him a master of many things that go hand in hand with running a septic company. From dealing with trucks and equipment repairs, to land application, crop management and working with landowners to name a few. When Doug is not in the pump truck, you can find him on jobs such as lift pump replacements, line cleaning, and riser / cover installations.

Services
Nature's Call Septic Service is a locally owned and operated septic pumping and vacuum truck service company based near Fergus Falls serving Otter Tail, Grant, & Wilken Counties. We specialize in pumping and cleaning type 1 and type 2 septic tanks, holding tanks, wastewater, liquid sewage/sewer waste, ponds and any non-hazardous liquids.
Nature's Call Septic Service, Inc has been a leading septic tank cleaning company serving Ottertail, Grant, and Wilken counties since 2001, specializing in both residential and commercial properties. We are a family-owned small business with 20+ years of experience in the field, offering personalized customer service and quality workmanship.
A professionally designed, constructed, and maintained septic system can provide long-term, effective treatment of your household water. Routine maintenance will help to keep your system healthy while protecting the water supply and the environment for years to come. At Nature's Call we are licensed and certified by the State of Minnesota for our protection, and bonded & insured for yours.
We recommend septic tanks be pumped every two to three years. This interval is designed to maximize the life of your drainage system. Keep in mind, it is much cheaper to pay for routine maintenance than for a new drainage system, not to mention the damage that will be done to your yard if you must have it replaced.

Nature's call is the epitome of honest, hard work. Everyone on the team, from Karla coordinating in the office to Doug and Jake out in the field know their trade. It was obvious from day 1. Our campground has a complex septic system and before doing any work, Doug walked the property, sketched out a map and took the time to explain how everything works. It was invaluable to us new owners. When a pump failed in a lift station, Nature's Call installed a new one over the weekend. When the system alarm went off, Doug had the float switch re-attached within hours. When it was time to pump the tanks

I have found Natures Call to be a valuable resource. I prefer to flush and not worry about what happens after that but it doesn't always work like that. Doug has always been there when I needed and usually could tell me exactly why I was having problems and how I could better avoid more in the future.

I would give 0 stars..First, I used them as they were able to pump when I needed (my preferred choice was booked). However, they left my lift pump unplugged and my basement filled with septic three days later. In addition they left a septic mess where they drug their hoses in the grass. I had to rinse the area before my kids or dog could be in the yard. There are many choices, choose wisely, Nature's Call stinks.
