I placed my order on July 10th, 2021 for expedited shipping and I was advised after my order that I would receive a tracking number when my package ships. Here it is July 12th, and I called and got thru early this morning and was assured my package would be shipped today and I would be receiving a tracking number via email.
Later the same day after work, I checked my email and to no avail, I still did not receive the email with my tracking number and telling me that my package is on it's way. I went on to call 2 numbers, customer service 800/730/4656 and the distribution number 888/530/4656

I tried this, it gave me diarrhea, I threw it away, I got an email to rate it, I filled it out, when it came time to enter the amount of weight I lost? I entered none!, it immediately took me off the site, so I couldn't put the review in, so I'm doing it here it didn't Work for me and made me sick I do not recommend this product

I just got my starter kit for Golo and trying to get
questions answered is ridiculous. It took 3 days to even get approved for the Golo Facebook page and when I posted the first time, I get a reply saying my post had to be approved and 24 hours later, still nothing yet tons of other people were posting questions. The lack of customer service is horrible, issues are skirted around and the booklet they send does not answer simple questions. Had I known this before I purchased I would have never bought anything. Big Red Flag: if you can't get simple answers to questions, then Run, as it bogus

I really hope that people read this, I wish somebody would have told me a couple of things. First off the diet they put you on anybody would lose weight, this program has nothing to do with their release product, NOTHING! The meal plans are difficult to maintain if you have any sort of a life, keep that in mind. Go on a healthy diet and don't eat processed foods that is the heart of this diet.

I got this product a couple of weeks ago and the website states you will see results immediately. I have followed the diet 100% and no results so I increased to two pills no results. I workout 6 days a week both cardio and weigh training and no changes. I contacted customer service and asked about all negative reviews and why there website only shows positive reviews. I was shock they would state all negative reviews are fake reviews from people who never used their product. I asked about Amazon reviews and she tried to tell me these were never verified by Amazon. If anyone who uses Amazon

At risk of sounding sappy, Golo has been a life-changing experience. I just wanted to feel better. I took a leap of faith and tried Golo after seeing a commercial. GOLO is the best "diet" I've ever discovered!! I put quotes around "diet" because it's not a typical DIEt, it's a sustainable and healthy lifestyle plan. The Release supplements are wonderful, but not a magic pill. They help balance hormones and blood sugar / insulin to make it easier to lose weight. They also have no negative side effects. The way of eating is so easy and is the way we should all be eating - clean, unprocessed, lots of veggies. The plan is also very forgiving - one meal off plan doesn't destroy everything.

Beware!!!!!! This company has horrible customer service. I purchased their product. I cancelled it 5 hours after purchase because I read after I purchased it that the product and this company are a scam. I Refused shipping from my mailman. They refunded partial payment. I emailed them every other day regarding my refund. They kept saying they haven't received the box. They claim it took 21 days. This company and their employees are crooks.

KEEP YOUR MONEY AND RUN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No sour grapes here, I have found a plan that works and have lost 16 pounds in the past 8 weeks but not with this product! It makes great claims and promises of full refund but that is not so either! If anyone is interested in trying this product I will sell you two full bottles for $20.
