This is the most unprofessional medical practice in North Texas. Dr. Hernandez suggested I get covid-19 to get natural antibodies while I have a 3 year old at home. When he contracted in himself and wound up intubated in the ICU, I was told that no one else at this practice was available to write one of my prescriptions (this is illegal in the state of Texas). When I informed the office that this was in fact illegal, his PA, Dacodah Labarge, "fired" me from the practice without ever speaking to me or providing any kind of communication whatsoever. I would implore anyone thinking about doing business

All the people here from the receptionist to the assistants and the dr and pa are awesome people. They take time to listen to your concerns and are really thorough about my health. I just moved here from Utah and I am so impressed with this office I will be in their care for as long as I’m in Texas.

People and families have ups and downs and ours is no exception. In our case, we consider the health of our son, as with everyone in our family, vital to our collective well-being. For more than two decades he had been the dependable go-to-nurse in a government hospital tending to mentally disturbed patients. We have know Dr Hernandez for a very long time. He has treated my grandmother and grandfather as his own. His waiting chairs are uncomfortable, but he is looking at options to replace due to patient and family concerns. He spends ample time assessing and talking through diagnosis and treatment options. Staff is friendly but sometimes you have to remind them of prescription requests. Again, he is aware and working on solutions immediately after concerns voiced. We Recommend him for care of personal or family care! Price Family**

My husband had an appointment with Dr. Hernandez one week, he said he would send a referral over and medications. Medications weren't approved by the insurance but there was another that was. The pharmacy sent over the paperwork to get it filled and after no response, he took it down to the office to get it filled and still hasn't received anything. So, on his next appointment my husband brought up the situation on how the STAFF isn't doing their job correctly and has been going without for weeks because of it. Dr. Hernandez

I always have a pleasant experience when visiting Primary Medicine of Sherman. The staff is friendly and proactive. They are always eager to help me and knowledgeable enough to answer questions I may have. Dr. Hernandez takes his time to council you on any health change and explains in detail what your health conditions are and what treatment plan is safest and most effective for you. I have never been more satisfied with my care then I am as a patient of his. Dr. Hernandez truely cares and his passion for his profession shows. He greets you and leaves you with a smile and genuine kindness.
