Cheap materials all the way, not even a year w the house and I already had problems w the floors, windows and garage door, there’s already cracks on the walls and ceiling. They gave us the house w the patio full of rusty nails. They didn’t even put the floor right and is a cheap floor now we have to invest in re flooring the whole house. And that just the tip of the iceberg. If you are looking to buy a new house DONT GO TO THEM. BIG CATFISH. Hate HOA, but the houses are nice! I'd never buy in HOA and it seems like that what most of killeen is. If you want a nice house and don't mind driving. Look in copperas cove, or harker heights!!
