For faster turnarounds, we print and warehouse our garments right here in Roland. We use top-of-the-line equipment and are experienced with all types of application techniques. I would rate these guys 0 stars if I could. They didn’t have our order done on time, didn’t put everything on the shirts that we’d talked about, and the overall experience with this company was terrible. One instance was me having to call 10 times to get an answer and them telling my wife when she went in that it’s busy so they just aren’t answering the phone. Some of the worst customer service that you can imagine.

Here's an update on our 2015 order of sweaters.
We still LOVE them. Every female staff person (who ordered one) has come by my office, even as recent as last week (office air conditioning demands a sweater,) to mention what a surprising addition to their wardrobe that our purchase from SS Design turned out to be. The items have kept their shape, remained colorfast and are definitely anti-pill. The logo still looks sharp and professional - and we have to brag to the other departments- just a little bit. ( :-) ) Thanks again for great service and for your forthright honesty in doing business.
