When someone attempts to take advantage of a vulnerable adult and acts to change the victim's intended disposition of his or her estate, damage occurs to the previous designated beneficiaries and to innocent family members. Unfortunately, the victim's lips are sealed by death or incapacity and the wrongdoer's lips are sealed by self-interest.

Beyond impressed.

I spoke to Max G. Soren via phone; he's extremely professional he and will not waste your time. Mind you, I cannot begin to number the amount of other lawyers that I spoke to in WPB before him... He reviewed all of my documents after seeing them on a Friday and then faithfully contacted me back on the following Monday with a thorough explanation of all terms, processes and our would-be next steps. All of this was the free consultation.

Wow. Truly wow!

I'm honoured (and a bit surprised) to be the first to review this firm. Ask for Mr Soren. He gave me an honest assessment
