Great costumer service! I mistakenly rented a place on air bnb in the wrong area and on air bnb I wasn’t going to be able to cancel it and get my refund, but Cody lodging company called me, helped me get it figured out and gave me a full refund. Would recommend them to anyone traveling in the area and will use their services in the future.

Booked the Logan Mountain Retreat in Aug of 2016. The place was well maintain and the staff at Cody Lodging and the owner of the house was great. The scenery was awesome! You are thousands of feet up in the mountain so if you are scare of heights, I wouldn't recommend you drive up the mountain road. We drove our 12 passenger van (no 4x4) up the mountain with a trailer and we did fine. It was scary at first but once you get use to it, you'll be fine. Overall, Cody Lodging staff was very helpful at answering my questions and with the booking. Sadly, the Logan Mountain Retreat house will NOT be available

Horrible!!!!!!!!!! I reserved a Condo (Stream Side) for a vacation July 9th for three days. I had to pay the full $675 14 days before arrival. When we got to the condo it was 92 degrees outside and the unit did not have AC. I called Cody Lodging and asked for a refund and was only offered a fan which was not delivered!! And was told they would not refund my money even though he admitted he was using his AC in his office at the time!! After a few hours there we decided we could not stand the heat and left for Cody to get a hotel room. And since my ordeal they have added to their web site that they
