Dr. Gutowski and his office staff were always professional and compassionate. I had never had surgery before so the initial process was overwhelming, to say the least. However, everyone involved - from Dr. Gutowski himself to his always pleasant receptionists to the nurses day-of - was patient and affirming. The procedure was quick and Dr. Gutowski checked in frequently to ensure everything was progressing as normal, even during the holidays. I definitely appreciate the consistent care for what could have been a very isolating and stressful experience, and I'm happy with my results!

I had a fantastic experience with this office and Dr. Gutoswki. Everything from scheduling through the procedure was great. They were thorough and explained my options very well. I had been putting this surgery off for a long time because I thought it was going to be very uncomfortable but everyone was great. RUN, do not simply walk away. Wow! Did a substandard job the first go around. Even my dermatologist asked while examining my neck said, "He certainly did not do a complete job." So I sought a revision which I can only describe as cruel, painful, frightening and not explained to me at all. Need my stitches out but will never set foot within 10 feet of this so called doctor. During this cruel and unusual procedure I had to tell him three times to stop describing the grotesque features my neck was taking on.
