Every provider I have seen, at this office, has been absolutely wonderful. They each listened to me and addressed any concerns I had. I never felt rushed and always left feeling a lot better. My mental health has improved ten fold and I am eternally grateful.

Not feeling well today, then don’t go to primary first. Unless you have a Covid screening. One symptom of Covid and a Covid test is required. Just ridiculous. So now you wait 2-3 days to see your dr. I’ve been vaccinated and follow cdc guideline. This is terrible service and I don’t recommend you say anything about a stomach ache or you have go get a Covid test. Just wanted meds for aching stomach so I can return to work tomorrow. Told receptionist I’ll be changing to a different pc, she didn’t care. Very unacceptable.

This is all about you type of care. Yes you have to wait....always longer than you may think ... but that is because they listen to each and every patient. Some take longer.than others...but science takes time and Patience.... this is what they offer!!

THE WORST PEDITRICIAN (office) YOU WILL FIND IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA. Guaranteed. I was thrilled knowing our primary Dr. for our entire family was right across the street from our neighborhood. However, after the past 3 visits to Family First primary care I would rather drive to Virginia than to have to experience one more time of stepping through their doors.

Shame. They have three stars for a reason. They allowed a woman who wasn't me, or related to my child what-so-ever, schedule and cancel appointments. They are not HIPPA complient, sharing personal information with this woman. Once issue was resolved they were not going to let my daughter be seen over a bill of $19 and made a scene at the desk. Go somewhere else because continuity of care is not equal and you will feel powerless if you have an issue they don't agree with. Shame. Shame in you for the way you treat your patients and their families.

Had to call back 3 times to get them to refer my daughter to specialist. I still had to end up calling the specialist. Then the day of a different appointment they call and say they cant see my wife for 3 more weeks for a very critical appointment. Horrible experiences! Take your family elsewhere.....we are!

My family loves this practice. Dr. Butler was a life saver for my husband. We have seen the doctor or practitioner and we have never had a problem. Everyone is like family and we are so glad we chose you to be our family primary!!!

Now I see why this facility has 3 stars. The office manager needs to be fired and the staff needs to be trained better on new patient onboarding. They never told use that my children's step-mom (same name, dependants on her insurance, and me on the phone) could not register the children after taking them out of school and taking off work. I even contacted their mother and she was heading to the office but they said they could not wait. This not the way to run a business.

I will admit the wait times can sometimes be ridiculous but it is due to the fact that Dr. Butler is the only person I will see and unlike most doctors she takes as much time with her patients as they need and is very through. She is worth the wait. The ladies at the front desk are always courteous and professional, I like Joanie a lot, she has great personality and a pretty smile. The staff who takes your blood pressure, weight, etc are very patient and kind. If you dont feel like waiting, find a doctor who will see you for 5 or 10 minutes and rush you out the door.

Dr. Alison Butler is attentive and thorough, but it is almost impossible to see her. I have been rescheduled and then waited over an hour past my appointment to see her.
I am usually ok with seeing a nurse practitioner for my annual follow up. All I needed was refill in my maintenance medication. Despite having discussed it, and after several faxes and calls, I was never approved refills. I went months without one of my medications. I made sure to see Dr. Butler next time.
After an hour in the patient room past my appointment time for Dr.Butler, I came out to complain, they apologized and asked
