We have been serving the St. Croix Valley since 2005 by helping people find relief from common and complex health challenges through traditional Chinese medicine and dietary therapy. The human body is healthy when it is balanced, when its organs function in harmony with one another, and when the energy within the body flows properly.
Traditional Chinese Medicine sees pain and illness as expressions of an imbalance within the body's system of energy. Patients are diagnosed and treated in relation to the whole body. By doing this, we can facilitate the healing of illness, the prevention of further disease, and the maintenance of further health.

Services
No two days are alike and no two patients are alike. Everyone comes to our clinic with their own unique representation of illness and disorders of the body and emotions. Chinese Medicine uses a unique diagnostic system to treat every person as an individual with their own very specific treatment protocol.
I'm 48 years old and am way too young to have surgery for such an issue and I wanted to avoid medication. I was waking up in the mornings and urine would spontaneously leak from my bladder. Combined with severe urges to urinate, the problem was significant. Well, the result has been amazing! I no longer have my leaky bladder, and my overall bladder function has significantly improved!
Acupuncture involves the insertion of very thin needles through your skin at strategic points on your body. Acupuncture is a complete system of medicine which enhances the body function and regulates the organs for any kind of condition you may suffer from.
Traditional Chinese medicine explains acupuncture as a technique for balancing the flow of energy or life force - known as chi or qi (chee) - believed to flow through pathways (meridians) in your body.By inserting needles into specific points along these meridians, acupuncture regulates the flow of Qi and blood to the tissue to increase its function.

Olson Acupuncture Group practitioners use a variety of techniques in an effort to promote health and treat disease. This can often times include prescribing Chinese Herbal Medicine during your acupuncture treatment session. In traditional Chinese medicine, herbs are often combined in formulas and given as teas, capsules, liquid extracts, granules, or powders.
You have visited doctors, or even alternative practitioners, but the results weren't what you hoped or expected. You have health conditions that are significantly affecting your life, your career, your family, and/or your personal finances. You realize that these conditions are probably not going to get better unless the real source of the problem is found and corrected.

My husband Dean has been seeing Amy for 5 years on a every two week time frame. Some of the problems she has helped him with are the following: neuropathy in the feet, night sweats, urinary frequencies, dry eye socket and post surgery pain. It really helps to be open about how you are feeling and ask questions as she knows just what to do for each situation. She is so knowledgeable and keeps up on the latest cures. Once a problem has been treated she strongly encourages maintaining treatment just like any other rehabilitation. Her and the staff are very caring and pleasant. Dean has referred several

I have been seeing Amy for almost a year. I suffered from TMJ and after an episode with my jaw locking, which caused horrible pain, I thought I would try acupuncture. After about four sessions with Amy the pain was gone! My jaw has not felt this good in years. After that we moved to other ailments. Each time I go, I feel relief. Amy is a great listener and treats accordingly. I highly recommend Amy’s services.

I have been seeing Amy for the past three months for shoulder pain that I have been dealing with for years. Over time the pain just kept increasing. Shoulder replacement was not an option that I was ready for. I was increasing my Acetaminophen intake and as we all know this is not a path I wanted to go down. I started seeing Amy for acupuncture treatments as an option for pain relief that I had not tried before. Within 3 visits I was starting to have a decrease in my pain. Over time the pain has significantly decreased disappeared no but it was dramatic improvement I could have been happier with

I highly recommend Amy and her team. I've gone to her for acupuncture and nutrition response therapy (NRT) for many years to support me with a variety of different health issues from allergies to menopause to pain in my body. And through NRT, she helped me immensely in putting together the final pieces of the puzzle that helped me fully regain my energy! She and her team are knowledgeable, thorough, and always compassionate.

I have been seeing Amy on and off for about 15 years.
I heard once from a older and wise acupuncturist that it takes a long time to understand Chinese Medicine and become proficient at it.
I trust Amy's vast understanding and experience.I admire her dedication to always challenging herself to learn more and deepen her practice.
What is as important as a healer is her kind, non judgmental and nurturing presence that she brings to each session.
Her nutritional testing remedies, food as medicine, have helped me age more gracefully and have supported my healing post surgery.

After chronic pain, two nerve blocks that did not help, and physical therapy, it was suggested that I try a pain management (PM) specialist. The PM specialist recommended acupuncture. I figured I had nothing to lose so I gave acupuncture a try for the arthritis in my cervical spine. I was astonished to find that needles could eliminate the pain. When my PM specialist/acupuncturist retired, she gave me Amy’s name. Amy has been awesome!! She has helped me maintain my favorite physical activities (biking & dog walking). She and her team are so caring, professional, easy to work with and have clinic
