When Kevin Williford founded Williford Insurance Group back in 1990, the employee benefits landscape was far different than now. Back then, with good medical insurance coverage you could have a baby for $500. High deductible health plans were decades away and the words "Affordable Care Act" did not evoke the passion they do today.

Mike Parsons was so, so helpful. We cancelled our private insurance and signed up for Medicare with him. He helped us navigate the confusing medicare maze and develop a plan to switch over from private insurance. He was patient, knowledgeable and accessible. Mike is a professional as any person not experienced with health insurance and the labyrinth of Medicare and related drug plans could hope to find. He is skilled at explaining EVERYTHING to someone, in my case, who is a Wall Street professional... but doesn't have the time to wade through the swamp of government controlled insurance. He knows what people like me (and you, I suppose) are up against, and he has straightforward and concise explanations to all your questions!!! You can NOT go wrong with Mike Parsons!!!

I first worked with Mike when he went way above and beyond to assist with a family member's medicare coverage issue not even directly related to his services. It saved hours of wrestling with the government for a resolution.
When it was time for me to make my own healthcare decisions, I felt confident that Mike was going to have answers based on my best interests and that I could understand (more or less). He patiently answers variations of the same questions and is prompt in doing so. I'm impressed.

My wife and I were given a referral to Michael at Williford Insurance group to discuss Medicare Supplement Plans and other insurance choices, and we found him to be very helpful. We first met him some months before we needed to make decisions, then he got in touch as promised. We "worked around" some issues due to Covid Restrictions, and he continued with some good advice on some other insurance issues "after the sale" . We whole heartedly recommend him, and I would presume the others at Williford Insurance Group, if you need Insurance advice and policies .

I was newly eligible for Medicare in 2020 and was confused about what was the best way for me to go. I contacted Mike Parsons at Williford Insurance Group to help me.
