In 1990, Paul Shoopman purchased approximately 160 acres of cornfield farmland on 116th Street in Carmel and built a home for himself and his family. Paul added one huge lake and planted 20,000 trees on the property. Now, Paul has again transformed the land into the Waterfront of West Clay. While Paul worked to make this place unique for his own family, he also took special care to preserve the natural beauty of land.
