Dr. Pape graduated from the top of her class at the University of Texas Health Care Center where she earned her doctorate. Dr. Pape undertook a general practice residency with the Navy in Bethesda, Maryland. Dr. Pape left the Navy and found herself heading south to warmer climates, ultimately choosing the southernmost point of the USA as her new home.

Isle Smile is absolutely great. I love all of the employees there from Joe at the front desk he also works in the back and Sandy which is the owner and the dentist and all of her associates are absolutely great it's like real hometown doctor like they should be. If I have an issue or a question I called they call me right back or they just put me on hold and take me right to the doctor. They are amazing and just a wonderful group of people. I love my dentist!

Being from out of town with an immediate dental concern, I was scooped up by this practice as if I was a long-time friend and client. They squeezed me in to their already packed day. Dr. Pape was delightful. Personable and helpful, she easily resolved my issue. I wish my world were filled with professionals like I encountered today. Not often do I leave a dentist and feel blessed.

I didn’t have an issue with this place until I went to them and they turned me away. I called made an appointment and stated clearly my insurance had changed to Medicaid. I had made my appointment to be on my lunch time. Had they told me they didn’t take Medicaid would have saved me a trip. This isn’t the way to do it . People take time out of their day to go to an appointment . Very dissatisfied and do not recommend this place . Let me also mention I work at a clinic and pull insurances the day prior and the same day people call in to make appointments. Get it together

Incompetent staff and scam artists. Told me of course they took my insurance then after performing lots of painful dental work I have never been told I needed before in my life (I religiously go every 6 months for cleanings and exams) I come to find out "yeah, they take my insurance but they're out of network" so I have to pay more. Which I do, in full before any procedure. I pay the amount they say I owe and insurance will cover the rest. Then they NEVER submit the bill to my insurance company, continually send me bills for the unpaid portion even though I told them I talked to

My second visit was even better. I was greeted with warmth and familiarity. I went in for a whitening which was free with the package/insurance I bought. My teeth had a 2 stage lightening effect. The procedure is painless
