I was really dreading getting car insurance especially with a new 16 year old driver. Angie with Brock and Poole was extremely helpful and nice and not pushy. She found us car insurance that was actually cheaper than we were already paying with the same coverage and a new driver added. This agency was very responsive in helping us secure homeowner's insurance and vehicle coverage a few years ago when State Farm cancelled us unexpectedly. We had State Farm for 20+years for the house and 30+years for vehicles so we were needing someone to help us secure something quick.....Brock and Poole was able to do that for us and get us covered via Nationwide. We also recently had a total loss on one of our vehicles and Nationwide was very helpful in getting it resolved quickly.
