Wiley Petersen was founded in 2017 by Jason Wiley and Ryan Petersen to provide modernized legal services in a rapidly changing business environment. Our attorneys have extensive employment histories working for large regional and national law firms and decided to open their own office in response to the archaic and inefficient models used by firms that have been in existence for decades.
Wiley Petersen has extensive experience with insurance defense and insurance-related law, representing carriers and clients, as appropriate, in virtually all aspects of matters involving insurance coverage and defense. Our Attorneys have significant experience defending general liability, premises liability, and product liability matters.
Ryan Petersen is a founding partner of Wiley Petersen. Ryan previously worked with partner, Jason Wiley, Esq., at one of Nevada's largest private law firm before opening Wiley Petersen to better serve their clients. Wiley Petersen's goal is to offer the highest quality representation and to successfully accomplish the client's objectives, efficiently and cost-effectively.
Jonathan Blum is a strong and skilled advocate, with a diverse practice focusing on commercial/ business litigation. For almost 15 years Mr. Blum has represented a wide variety of small, medium and large entities throughout Nevada, including family businesses, national corporations, individuals and government entities.
