Moreover, most of our attorneys have the benefit of previous experience working for insurance defense firms.

When you have sustained personal injuries caused by the negligence of another, you will have questions. What steps should I take after the accident? Should I give the insurance company a recorded statement? What if the negligent party's insurance company offers an immediate settlement? Will doctors and hospitals wait for payment, if I can't pay my medical bills?
When you become ill, require surgery, have broken bones or when you give birth, you place your trust in medical professionals. Your life depends on their knowledge and job performance. Sadly, doctors, nurses and healthcare workers make mistakes. The Institute of Medicine (IOM) estimates 195,000 deaths were caused by medical errors in 2004.
When someone you love is killed in an accident, your life will never be the same. While nothing can bring back the one you lost, the person or company whose negligence caused the death should be held responsible. The only remedy civil law provides is to force the negligent person or company to financially compensate the surviving family member(s) for the loss they have suffered.
If you suffer serious injuries or are disabled as a result of a workplace accident, the worker's compensation program in your state is designed to protect you. Nearly all employers are responsible for paying for workers compensation insurance, which will compensate those injured on the job.

A wide variety of injuries and illnesses are covered under worker compensation programs ranging from back, shoulder and neck injuries, hearing damage, eye injuries and repetitive trauma injures to name a few.Because workers' compensation is a no-fault insurance program, injured employees do not have to prove that an injury was someone else's fault to receive workers' comp benefits.

Tom not only handled my personal injury case back in 2008 but went on to handle other issues that weren't related to that case. He went above and beyond for my family and still is 12 years later. I couldn't give him any higher of a recommendation. He's an amazing attorney and person.
