Excellent professional service & great communication during an early morning 2:46 am request for road service by my client.
They were available when others like Surratt-Kennington, Love's of Leary, TX, Recovery Services of Texarkana, TX, Fyx were unavailable or wanted to wait until 7 or 8 am for parts.
D&J offered to take the road service call after we sent pics of the mechanical failure on a dry van. They asked valid questions to eliminate the need for unneeded parts so early in the morn. They offered 2 options: wait for the parts store to open at its regular time of operation or pay $100 for
