This a difficult time to have any construction type work done because supplies are short due to COVID. I really appreciated that we were told up front about this issue and the date of our installation was right on time. Everything went very smoothly, cleanup was excellent and our new windows look great! We can already tell a difference in how long it takes to heat and cool the house and it is much quieter inside. We live on a very busy street and the traffic noise is almost gone! There were minor issues with caulking and a few other things but when we mentioned this to our representative he came

From initial consultation and beyond installation, Robert’s expertise, professionalism, and integrity were flawless. The product was fully explained and the process outlined so that there were no surprises. There were several problems with our installation and Robert came out personally within a few days and remedied absolutely everything himself. I hired Windows and more to replace all the windows in my home. The whole process was smooth from the initial consult to the installation. The turnaround time from ordering to install was great considering the current COVID environment usually results in delays for home projects. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the windows. The install was completed quickly and the install team was respectful of my home. Would definitely recommend this company.
