If you are looking for a professionally finished custom basement, bathroom remodel, or home bar system, you've come to the right place. We offer complete in-house designs which can include bars, offices, theater rooms, gyms, plus complete kitchens or bathrooms. We transform your basement into the perfect man cave, a great new space for the family, in-law suite, or teenager retreat.
Before construction begins, the most important step is a great design. Some of our customers would like to build walls right along a beam or duct, and make closets in every nook in the basement. Thinking in square boxes (literally), can cut up flow and interesting spaces. We believe a well planned design is the most important part of your project, and something you will live with for years to come.
Our standard front bars contain a wood countertop with Chicago style bar rail trim, support cabinets with a fixed center shelf, a decorative front "skin", and footrest. The shelves can be ordered as adjustable or with doors. To finish the front of the bar, we build a series of recessed panels with heavy profile bed molding.
Nothing adds more beauty and value to your home than a custom built bar. It's our most popular request! We will design and build your bar to your exact specification including layout, options, and finish. Our bars are functional, well-built beautiful pieces of furniture that will endure for generations.
Kingsmill uses the OHIO CERTIFIED STAIN program. It was designed to ensure stain color consistency throughout the Amish woodworking community in Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. Several wood finish suppliers and wood working material distributors agreed upon the Ohio Certified Stain criteria meaning that finishes with the same wood species and OCS stain number will be made with the same tint formula.

We had a wonderful experience with Kingsmill! The accommodated a last minute change and were extremely flexible in all aspects of the project. Ryan and Mike were always on-time, communicated daily and produced a phenomenal final product. We will use Kingsmill again for future renovations!

We had Kingsmill build a bar for our basement out of cherry. We gave Chip the dimensions for the area and with discussion we agreed on the project. The final bar was just installed and it turned out even better than expected!!! I’ve sent pics to friends and the first word in most of the text is “WOW”!!!
