Had Outlaw mount and balance tires on a set of American Force wheels for me and they found one of the wheels actually came from American Force with the lug holes drilled off center. Allowed me to come out and record a video of the wheel wobbling on the tire machine and stated on invoice about the problem so I could have proof for warranty. Great group of guys and pay good attention to detail.

I got ladder racks and a toolbox put on my truck on Tuesday. I didn't like the 1st ladder rack, I told Matt, and by Friday I had a new ladder rack that I liked much better. They swapped it out for free and didn't even argue! He was like ok, I can do it Friday. Best possible outcome. And I'm very happy with my work truck now.

My 2020 Chevy 2500HD is the third truck I have got Outlaw Motorsports to lift for me. This time I went all out with a 6 inch lift , Fuel wheels and Toyo tires. They also added Amp research steps , tonneau cover and tinted all my windows. I could not be happier with the way it turned out. The guys are always helpful and they have great prices. Thanks again. BTW , now my wife wants to get her Jeep done too so when I save up a little we will be back. Very happy customer.

People are nice and they can get parts. I am NOT happy with the work. I paid 550 for a simple leveling and alignment, 2 months later I’m showing steel belt on the inside of my tire. Immediately after they worked on it I took it in to get inspected and they didn’t reattach brake hose supports. I see a lot of good reviews, maybe the mechanic was just having a bad day but they will NEVER touch my truck again, simple project turned into a $1000 ordeal.

Absolutely perfect. I walked in and told these guys what I wanted to do with my truck, not exactly sure what it would take to get me there. I got the lift they suggested, and had them install it. My truck rode great and handled great before the install, so I was nervous that I might lose that. I was also nervous about it coming out either too high, or not sitting level. They couldn't have done a better job. It still rides and handles perfectly, and the height is exactly where I want it. The prices were very reasonable as well. Prices seem competitive. I tried them because they were close to work and it was a horrible decision. The outcome was Horrible! They were to install a leveling kit on my 2016 Tundra and assured me the larger tires would not rub. Needless to say the truck drove terrible. The tires rubbed and the front end was 1-1/2" higher than the rear. I took it back and they cut the skid plate and re balanced the tires and the truck still drove very rough. The guy behind the counter assured me the owner would call me and schedule the install completely over but of course that never happened! I simply took it
