Wainscoting is a great and yet inexpensive way to make your building colors stand out. It is also a great option to break up high vertical spaces. TLC recommends 3' high wainscot for buildings with a 10' ceiling and under and 4' high wainscot for over 10' high ceilings. Trusses 2' O.C (Trusses Can Also be Set 4' O.C for Steeper Roof Pitch Appeal But Eliminating Attic Storage and flooring):BUILDING 1 and BUILDING 2, BUILDING 3 For Similar Attic Area Pics. Attic trusses are great for living space or storage space. Attic trusses have a room built right in them. We have lots of customers that take what would be a big empty dead attic area, and use attic trusses to increase living space.
White Steel Liner Panel Provides a Nice Clean Finish and is Mostly Preferred Above Drywall Finish Due to Its Fast and Less Costly Application. Liner Panel Can be Washed Down and Is Maintenance Free. It was a heavy burden that the team a Tam Lapp took of our shoulders after we spent months and months dealing with another pole barn company in which we ended up having to file a lawsuit against. From start to finish, this was a 1st class operation all the way. Everyone that worked on the project was friendly, professional and efficient. Tam and his team were able to accommodate a last minute request that exceeded my expectations. The build quality is excellent and you can tell by the finished product that these guys really take pride in their work. I recommend them to anyone considering a pole building project.
