In 1999 Shane and Janelle Marzullo started Greentree Mortgage Services. They both have over 18 years of experience in the lending industry. Shane is the Chairman of the Ohio Association of Mortgage Professionals. Both Shane and Janelle are licensed loan officers. As licensed loan officers they had to have a federal background check and complete a minimum of eight hours of state approved education per year.
