The customer service is awful, I ordered a pair of shoes on 12/15 and nothing has been updated about them and according to the website they are sold out. When I finally reached customer service I was told that they were at the warehouse and being prepared to ship and still no tracking information. They have my money but I have no idea where my shoes are and to make things worse I told two others about the shoes and they ordered them and received them in like 4 days. I will never buy from this site again.

Literally the worst customer service and they lie about when they ship out their orders! This is the second time within just a few months that they say they sent out some thing when they did not. Even the email dates that they give me didn’t match up with what Fedex states. Will never shop with them again. Do not shop online with this company!

I'm not sure what the criteria for being acknowledged in this store is. I feel like I look like an average shopper yet both times I've been in, nobody greets me or asks if I need help but they greet and help other customers. It's a shame because I really like Steve Madden shoes but I won't be buying from this store because apparently I don't meet their standards.

I was in this store a couple weeks ago and this blonde lady was the one "helping me" but when I wanted to get a pair of shoes with out trying on since they were thigh high boots and I was wearing long pants I wanted to see how they fit without the pants and she was so rude saying "well why would you want to buy them". I was ready to buy and I walked out. The employees should go through customer service training. For real!! I think her name was Melissa or something but I don't remember since I ran out because of how rude they were. Also their entire store looks like knock

Wasn't greeted or helped at all, meanwhile every single person after me was greeted and helped. Not sure if they looked at me and thought I didn't have money, or if they thought I wasn't going to buy anything; if so, they were wrong. Was looking for open toed sandals for a wedding and was ready to buy two pairs. Snobby staff that was working today needs to chill and remember that they are there to help people not hang out with their friends. Say it with me "I work at the mall, in customer service."

Once again Steve Madden never seems to faiI me I arrived today 1/18/2021 at 6:55pm granted the store closes at 7. But it clearly says on the website that they close at 7pm. So why are they closing earlier? Makes no sense to me. Retail is nothing what it used to be. Now people don't care about customer service. If you walk in and you don't look a certain way they dont acknowledge your presence. I need to stop buying their shoes. I would had given them a no star but had to put at start to post my review.

Will not be shopping here again after inadequate customer service. The sales associate, McKenna, tried to give me display shoes that were very worn down and she was being shady about it. After telling McKenna that I did not want display shoes, I assumed she would not give me the displays for the other pair because I clearly stated that I was not interested in buying shoes that were scuffed up. After I got home, I realized that she had given me display shoes after I stressed that I did not want them. I returned both pairs of shoes the next day. Then I went to Nordstrom and bought the same pair

Went in for Christmas Shopping not knowing anything about woman's boots. Paul was extremely helpful and friendly when it came to finding the right pair for my girlfriend. They were having a sale and I extended my intention to something for myself and even after a couple of boots were out of my size still continued to jump through hoops to get me the boots I wanted. Long story short Paul is awesome and I got the perfect boots for my girlfriend and myself. Thanks Paul

They just want to make a sale but they have Horrible customer service. Can't return anything here, you might as well buy it at Nordstroms where everyone is nice and customer service is amazing. Manager is Very rude I will never buy from them again. They just lost a very loyal customer and that's too bad.

Been here three times and have had a great experience with customer service they are helpful and friendly. The store has plenty of selection of women's shoes not so many for men. The only negative thing I can say is that some of their shoes are super cute but not so comfortable, I bought two pair of flats but decided to return them because the side stitching streched a lot and they were a little too tight from the instep (and yes they were the right size). But overall the store has variety of shoes for different occasions so your sure to find something here.

Every time I've come into this store, it's terribly rude customer service. They are so worried about getting a sale but so lazy and mean when it's a return or exchange. I love Steve Madden shoes but I'm shopping online from now on. My last experience topped it off when the cashier walked away because I had a return.

I ordered a pair of booties that I really wanted through the phone- not only were they ALL rude when I went to go pick them up, but they also tried giving me the wrong pair of shoes. It was late (I get it), I am a manager and I've worked in the customer service industry for a looong time- but don't ever be rude to a customer when the store is responsible for the order. (Especially to someone who has been very loyal to the Steve Madden brand)

Love the shoes here, they the only brand I buy. I got super lucky my latest visit and saved like $80 when they incorrectly marked the shoes. They were super cool about it but a bit upset cuz it was a huge savings. The lady said "luck you" haha... i was like helllzzz yeahhhhhhhhh
The lovey ladies here are always eager to help you and bring out shoes for you to try on. I just wish they had a larger selection for dudes.
