Pretty disappointed to say the least. So many empty promises. We paid for 1 year of Motion Graphics upfront and the quality is OK but the output is awful, especially given the fact that you can only get 1 design per day.
Designers message you at 9am with an automated “let’s get to work, but first coffee!” message but only actually work on your account for at most 2 hours per day. I want to love Design Pickle and tell more people about it but the quality of service is on the decline. A lot of fluff talk and no action. Myself and a few other friends with agencies are all having the same experience. I have 1 designer that's good with 2 pro subscriptions, but when we added a 3rd pro subscription they have been unable to provide a quality designer to handle the increase in demand, which is a bummer because we would have 5 or 6 pro subscriptions if their service was better. Simply put, we haven't been able to scale with Design Pickle. As a result, my self and others are testing

Best service for graphic design hands-down! This has made our process so much easier and simpler. Mediocre designs at best, but here is the worst part, they automatically process your card at the end of your billing term. If you don't catch it beforehand, they will refuse to give you a refund. They processed a $2400 payment on my account, when I realized they had me on auto-billing, I called a day later and asked them to refund and cancel the account. They refused, cited some obscure fine-print, and I ultimately had to charge my card back.

Sometimes there are issues where your preferences and Dropbox files aren't shared or made standard on your info and a new designer comes along and doesn't do what you need. Took me awhile to catch the mistakes, cost me a lot of time going back and forth and they don't eat the mistakes on their end--if you get 2-3 designs on average a day, the ones you might get the next day will be the ones where you've pointed out their mistakes, so nothing new, but double the design time, if that makes sense.

Their teams are amazing! After a week working together, my assigned designer (Andrea) can almost read my mind if not my bullet points! Overall I like Design Pickle's concept. When you sign up they pair you with a designer and the more you work with that person the better results you get. My only advice would be not to expect designs to come through immediately especially if you have a large volume of designs that need to be done. If you're on a tight schedule and have a lot of work I'd suggest going with a free-lance designer or an agency that can devote more than one person to your project.

Having just cancelled another design subscription service due to a terrible experience, I was expecting mediocre, to do a bit more work, to fix the source files myself to make them presentable like before...But I was surprised. The process was very easy. They have two short videos to aid in the set up, they assign a designer in a day, and requests are SO easy to set up. I go into the system, input the info, add any samples and I get an email confirmation. From there, I can work off email for revisions. Each task comes with all links, fonts and source files. They are updated if revisions are requested

If you have a business, a passion, or just a great idea that needs marketing help to get launched, you're going to LOVE Design Pickle!! Coming from 10 years in Marketing, I can appreciate the flat rate fee for whatever it takes to get the job done. Even better is that my designer is super friendly with a great personality and never requires follow-up, he just gets the job done, period.
