We have had very few issues with our Brighteyes Septic system over the years. We did have some issues come up this week related to the age of the unit. Brighteyes responded quickly and resolved the issue. We so much appreciate that we can depend on them to take care of and fix things the right way without overcharging us. Thank you!!!

Horrible experience with this company. We had them come out for a standard tank maintenance clean out...no issues ever with this system, but we had not had it drained in several years. They said the system was working well, we paid over $600 and they left.
Noticed a gurgling puddle of sewage a couple of days afterward when walking in the area. Called them back out--and they have said that we must have issues with sprinkler heads. Or sensor. Conflicting information from technician and the owner was very rude when my husband called afterward --saying he can tell that our heads are not working

Thought that I had minor issues but turned out to be a much bigger job.
