At this time we are not accepting "walk-ins". Any "walk-in" clients will be requested to make an appointment and come back at the predetermined date and time for that appointment. We are still maintaining social distancing and safety protocols such as masks, and temperature screenings of both clients and staff for entry into the building.

Trust Administration is the process of collecting and distributing the assets which are titled to a trust after the last of the creator or "Grantor's" have passed away. The collection and distribution are handled by the "Successor Trustee", a similar position to an Executor or Personal Representative of a Probate Estate.
Dealing with creditors after the death of a loved one is always a confusing and stressful thing. Most people feel compelled to pay the creditors, feeling that it is the "right thing to do". In my practice, I always advise my clients that they should not contact creditors immediately after a person passes away, especially if the obligation is tied to an asset that a living family member is using such as a home or car.
Our firm was proud to be able to host a community Easter Egg Hunt for our Spring Hill Community, there were Easter Egg Hunts, potato sack races, rings tosses, face painting and much more. Food and drinks were served as well. The event raised $631.00 for our community Hospice Foundation. Pictured above (Left to Right) Christine, Shay, David and Leslie, our Hospice Representative.
Buck was very thorough and patient. He answered all my questions, no matter how inane, and took an emotional load off my shoulders. I have, and would, recommend him highly. It was a pleasure. Very helpful offered several options along with suggestions. I left feeling confident that the decisions that I made based on Mr. Buck's explanations were the way to go.
