They iron over jeans without cleaning them. Received 2 pair of jeans that I know for sure wasn’t cleaned, only ironed. I started going here for convenience, but will prefer to travel a bit further for quality.
UPDATE: As I continue to pull my clothes from the garment bags to wear… literally everything is still dirty…they literally just ironed over dirty clothes. Do not waste your time or money…I would not recommend this place to anyone! They don’t even deserve one star.

A+++ service and reliable. Couldn't ask for a better cleaning company. Blanca and Fernando services our museum in Ventura County and it has never looked so good. They are dependable, professional, friendly, flexible, skilled, quick (without sacrificing quality) and they go the extra mile. Clean for Less Janitorial not only provides excellent service but their prices are very reasonable. I recommended them to family and friends.

I've been a Day 1 customer. Countless pants were hemmed. Countless clothes cleaned. I called in today because one out of the four work pants were hemmed too high. The person I spoke with insisted that it was my fault for not pinning in the correct place. I just told you I've been a customer since you opened and you've been hemming my pants for years and you can't believe the seamstress made ONE mistake? Where is the customer loyalty? Taking my business elsewhere.

I would not recommend Clean For Less so my worst enemy. Last time I took items here I took in 15 dress shirts. Of those 15 shirts 2 were completely ruined. One of the to had a huge tear in it (probably 6-8 inches long) with a note saying it was turn when they received it, but I know that it was not. Likewise the second had a year, but only about 4 inches long and with no note at all. Don't be surprised when they destroy your items and claim that it it's your fault.

This place is highly dependable. The prices are outstanding & the people that are employed here are hard workers. Very convenient and the hours of operations are great for those of us that commute into and out of The Chicago Loop. If you need your dry cleaning sooner, just ask, they will accommodate!
