Nothing but good things to say. They were prompt to come out and give an on site estimate. Price for the job was extremely reasonable based on 2 other quotes I got. Install day went great. Quality of gutters is great. And customer service was awesome. Highly recommend

From Jennifer working closely on last minute scheduling changes between painters and wood workers, to Clay and the guys just doing an all out terrific, efficient, and diligent job. Setup an appointment to get an estimate a few days in advanced, left work early and burned some of my vacation time to meet Clay for my estimate. He never showed up. Haven't heard from them since. Complete waste of time and extremely disrespectful. Terrible experience. Stay away from this company.
Edit: As you can see in the text messages I uploaded, I texted Jennifer 45 minutes after someone was supposed to show up asking what the deal was. Even waited a week before posting a bad review in case there was a reason, but never got a reply.

I just drove up to my house to see my new gutters and my jaw dropped. It looks amazing! Clay came out for a next day estimate, which was so awesome. Other companies took days to even acknowledge my inquiry, but On Scene was so fast to get the ball rolling. I was impressed by the speed, professionalism, and efficiency of the whole process! What a great company!!! We picked them to do our gutters because when Clay came out, he was very detailed in telling us what we needed to do and why. I had two other companies come out and they didn't even come close to the details that Clay did. They did a great job of installation and were very reasonable in their price. Thanks again!!!!
