We can't say enough good things about Summit Catering! From the moment we met Dory at our first taste testing we knew. Dory, Tori, Betty, Alysa and the wait staff went above and beyond on our special day to make sure everything was perfect and it was! The guest LOVED the food and still talk about it until this day. Some guest told us it was the best wedding they have ever been to! I cannot thank them enough for making our special day amazing and treating us like family.

We used them for our wedding and what a spectacular day from start to finish!! All our guests had an amazing time- multiple guests even told it was the best wedding they’ve ever attended! I cannot say enough good things about Summit Catering - the food, the staff, the owners are all amazing! Summit catered our wedding August 6, 2021 and from the beginning Dory was there every step of the way to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams. On the day of the wedding Alysa and Brianna (along with the other staff) put us at ease and made sure we ate, had drinks, and were able to enjoy ourselves. I would highly recommend Summit and will use them again for future events!

We just had my husbands 60th Birthday party at our home and used Summit Catering. It was short notice and they accommodated all my wishes with kind and courteous customer service. The staff that came and setup, served and cleaned up were amazing as welI. Thank you to the entire team for making the day perfect. The food was amazing! Everyone at the party was raving over it. Not only did they cater our micro-wedding, they also did my bridal shower , our Thanksgiving dinner and will be doing a few other events in our future, that's how much we love them. We used Summit Catering for our wedding and rehearsal dinner. The food alone was very delicious and the staff was friendly and always had a smile on their face. Dory was so helpful with the planning process and very responsive to emails and my millions of questions leading up to the big day. Betty was great ensuring everything ran smoothly. I can't recommend Summit enough. Their food quality blew all other caterers out of the water for us to start. They handled my dietary restriction (dairy allergy) so well and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. They have plenty of staff available to you on your day and they are constantly checking in to make sure you have everything you need. Having both a maitre'd and assistant truly made it so much easier on us. You will not be disappointed in choosing Dory and her team.

We hired Summit catering for our wedding 10/19/19 at Valenzano Winery and EVERYTHING was amazing, a dream come true and was executed perfectly!! I can't tell you how pleased we were with Summit catering. From the first email to the final set up they were phenomenal. But that's just the 1/2 of it.....
The food was outstanding, everybody loved everything. I had them cater my daughter's high school graduation party. Not only was the food outstanding but The amount of food they bought was more than enough for everybody, we will be having leftovers for a week. LOL

My husband and I renewed our vows at Trotta Trails in Chatsworth and combined it with a birthday party for my 4 year old son. Summit Catering went above and beyond for us from giving us an Americana style menu to go with our theme, table decorations (which I was not expecting) that just made everything look even better then I could of ever imagined, sending us the best staff for our big day, Betty our MD was so tentative and on top of everything

We had a brunch graduation party for my daughter in our home with Summit Catering. It was fantastic! Joe and Jake were extremely professional, very personable and made excellent food. They completely made my party! All of my guests were raving about how great my party was and how the caterer did such a great job. I highly recommend them.

I am the maid of honor in my sister's wedding and we used Summit Catering for our bridal shower held at Valenzano Winery in November 2014. I could not have been more impressed. The woman who help coordinate everything beforehand, Dory, made it so easy and thought of everything that I didn't. Then once we had our event, they were very personable and accomodating making the whole event run smoothly. So much less stressful! I was very impressed and would definitely use them again!

To say that Summit Catering saved my wedding would be an understatement.

We had hired Summit to cater our wedding in September 2008. The day before we were going to send out our invitations, I had learned that the hall we had booked had major structural damage and would not be in any way ready for our ceremony and reception.

Dory stepped right up to the plate and helped me find a new (and better!) hall almost immediately. She was AWESOME! Extremely helpful, pleasant, and caring....(I could go on forever!)

In addition to all of this, the food and service was OUT OF THIS WORLD! FANTASTIC
