Each clock is disassembled, inspected, thoroughly cleaned and adjusted. All pivots are polished and burnished as necessary. Old bushings (bearings) are drilled out as needed and new bushings are pressed in to eliminate wear problems.
Depending on the item being packed, there are several things that may need to be taken into consideration. Please contact us before shipping any clock so we can be on the lookout for it. All clocks being shipped must have prior approval or they will not be accepted. We will contact you as soon as your package arrives.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks, cashiers checks or money orders and cash. We also offer an interest-free installment plan. Since everyone's circumstances are different, you simply have to tell us how you would like to make the installments within a 90-day period and we will let you know if the arrangements are acceptable.
A. There is no way to overwind a clock. When the spring is wound tightly it can go no farther. If a clock is not wound tightly it won't run for as long as it was designed to and will stop prematurely. If a clock is wound tightly and still will not run that indicates other problems. A. Any wall is fine for hanging a clock.

Purchased a grandmother s clock from an estate sale. This clock has not been cared for in years. Called this company and they came out and gave it a good cleaning and tune up and it has been keeping perfect time ever since. Awesome, professional who knows their stuff. Would highly recommend to anyone in need.

I took 8 watches to get batteries replaced from various manufacturers. Most of my watches are either designer or hipster style and they were able to diagnose the watches and replace all the batteries with the exception of one of them because it was just no longer operational. They were efficient, honest and prompt and they called me when the work was complete, which is a plus with me. I would recommend them all the time!

My wife and I had been looking for the "perfect" clock for our new home. We had been to several different stores with no luck. we decided to try Walker Bros and Monroe Jewelers. What a selection! Clocks of all shapes and sizes. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We found our perfect clock in no time.
