TPM has been around for a long time. I have worked for them a couple times over the years when I needed something immediately while looking for something permanent, or needed something flexible. The only down side is the pay isn’t great on some positions, but it’s mostly pretty easy stuff anyone can do.
Here’s the trick to getting jobs, show up early to your assignments! Dressed in the proper uniform, and do exactly what they ask you to do and maybe a little more. Granted I have experience doing banquets, cooking and security/badge checks, but it’s pretty easy stuff and often sort of fun

TPM Staffing has a great On-Boarding process however their internal communication is HORRIBLE! I was sent to a location in downtown Denver without information on parking or name of contact for client. In order to make it to this job it was either $30 a day in parking or Lyft or other transportation service, bus was an hour from me, of which I spent 1/4 of my pay to get to job. This information helps staff in planning accordingly! Their internal checks and balances is preventing a clear communication channel for payroll as I had sent accurate information to them only to be told multiple things by

Didn't work because the put the wrong that for my address(customer service stated!) Had to wait over 2 hours just to get help and was hung up on representavive twice before getting through. Called to to see what was going on then started playing phone tag with different ppl all telling me different things and addressing that someone even blind transferred me! Very professional! Please ppl there are way better temp service to go to besides things very lacking agency!
