Our insurance rates had recently gone up through a different broker/agency with no mention of remarketing our policy. My husband and I were shopping around for a new agency that was capable of handling commercial policies for our business and personal lines. All together we have about 7 commercial policies and 5 to 8 personal lines (including the kids).
Our last agent, of over 18 years, was really struggling in the capability and accountability department. Trying to have a conversation and be very transparent was not working out for us.
