Grundman Shoe is entering its fourth generation of ownership and operation in the Grundman family. Mark Grundman has owned and operated his family's business since 1972. Tracie Grundman-McNeece, a certified pedorthist, joined in the operation of Grundman Shoe in 1999. The business is entering its 86th year of continuous operation.
We manufacture shoes for the entire family, specializing in proper fitting and long wearing, repairable styles. Custom dress shoes are limited to only a few specialized situations. We are able to make shoes for all types of mismated and deformed feet. A large stock of sizes is maintained at all times, including the extra narrow and extra wide widths.

Went to Grundman Shoes to replace two pairs of Boots that I suspected were causing multiple issues with my feet... I had already done my homework... and thought I had a plan...
I had called first and asked if they had the Brand and Style of Boot I hoped to find, and explained why it was so important to be fitted properly... that Shoes and Boots are the most important item we wear... and that the Consequences of neglecting what we wear to Protect our feet can literally leave us unable to walk.
Even though I had planned on making an appointment, I was invited to Visit that day.

My husband needed heels for dress shoes. They told me they would have to send them off.It would take 2 weeks. I went back after 2 weeks, they said they had been trying to call, but they never left a message. I picked the shoes up, my husband wore them to church. He had them on maybe an hour when the heels fell off. They told us to return them, they would redo them. I asked for a refund because We live an hour away. That would mean two hours driving to reopair shoes .they told me no.

Poor service. Brought in a pair of dress shoes to be re-soled. The cobbler managed to damaged the side of the shoe upper by running the needle through it several times. They also installed the wrong profile sole, and now the shoes look like a strange hybrid between a square toe and a round toe shoe. They did not disclose the damage to me, but when I brought it to their attention they stated that the needle had bent and it was an accident. They refunded my money due to the damaged upper, but refused to address the issue of having warped the appearance of the shoes with the wrong shaped soles installed

I have dealt with Grundman for years and I have always been extremely satisfied with their work. I have ordered several pairs of custom boots from them and the quality and fit have been excellent - and I tend to be rather demanding. In fact, I have had friends also order boots from them with similar results.
