Purchased a rv from Baileys 3 months ago customer service is by far the best I ever delt with dealing with rvs and this is number 5 for me. Steve was my sales man quick easy and very knowledgeable about the rvs on his lot. I work out of town and have has issues with my hot water heater not heating on gas or electric it had power everything was checking out but just couldn’t pin point the issue called him we was on the phone for 30 minutes he sent me a whole new circuit board over night for it thinking that was issue since neither gas or electric worked. Installed still didn’t work 30 more minutes

We purchased or 3rd fifth wheel from Bailey' back in April 2019 (Cedar Creek). Since then, we made a list of warranty items that needed attention including a slide issue. We were concerned just form our past experiences on warranty work. These guys had our fifth wheel ready in two weeks. Not only was it completed, but outstanding workmanship. I highly recommend giving Steve a call on purchasing an RV. These are really good people that do what they say they are going to do. Unheard of in today's RV world. We purchased our 3rd new fifth wheel (Cedar Creek) from Baileys RV. This was the best experience we ever had shopping & purchasing an RV. We live 4 hours from Lufkin, and the (2) trips were worth every penny. We were traveling though Lufkin one morning and had some issues with our fifth wheel , we called them and explained our problem. We drove over and within an hour they had us back on the road. They took time out of their busy morning to help, even though we didn't purchase our fifth wheel from them. Appreciate the customer service, something you don't find to often these days.
