Projects are sold primarily through commercial lighting distribution and Crenshaw's national network of lighting sales representatives. Design concepts, quantities, preferred finishes, and lamping are helpful and often necessary for providing accurate pricing. Crenshaw often works directly with architects, lighting designers, and clients through the design phase in order to hone and finalize specifications.

Crenshaw offers a full one year warranty from the date that deliverables are accepted by our customer. Pursuant to our Standard Terms and Conditions, the deliverables shall be free of defects in manufacturing and materially conform to the specifications.

A five (5) year warranty applies to interchangeable electrical components installed into our fixtures only when those components have been properly handled, stored, wired, transported, operated and maintained in accordance with applicable specifications.Crenshaw Lighting shall bear no responsibility for those components which have been damaged or modified by external causes, mishandling, misuse by end user or third parties.

Because we are a made-to-order manufacturer specializing in custom lighting, the range of options available for most lighting is wide and diverse. In order to ensure the best and most accurate pricing, we often handle pricing on a project by project basis. However, some catalog and standard product offerings published on our website will include starting price points.
